Business perspective

Total game changer. I wish I have found this podcast before I started business. It’s been a challenge from beginning, still almost 6 years in business and I still looking how to improve it. Always been a hard worker, wanted provide a good quality product but for some reason wasn’t making enough money. This podcast opened eyes, I knew from a bottom of my mind that I need new system to implement, but where to start that is the hardest question and the contractor handbook is the right place. I try my best to listen it, as more I listen the more I find out!
